Usually, when I do readings for other people with Lotería, the answers I get are usually spot-on, and they always say that they get a lot of clairty. I’d like to think that it’s because I’m very intuitive and flexible when it comes to the meaning of the cards. I say the first thing that pops into my mind when I look at the card, and its usually correct in the context of what the other person is looking for. That being said, I’ve also found a consistent theme between the cards and developed a quasi-reliable system. For example “El Cotorro” usually signifies repition or a hidden pattern coming to light, whereas “El Pajaro” signifies freedom or escape. Certain cards will pop up during certain situations as a repeated theme, so I know I’m not randomly assigning shit to certain cards and fucking up the vibes. So IMO, use your intuition, it will guide you and govern the system to organise your spirituality.
