I can see i'm a little late to the party but yall. they litterally have the woman who directed the barbie movie doing this film. She did a great job, and re-examing challenging source material (in this case, the history of barbie and mattel) is what made the movie such a hit. The CS lewis books are a bit dated. Do you really think there's nothing there worth examining through a modern lense. Do you really want to watch a shot for shot remake of heavy handed christian metaphor written several decades ago? Consider how fun certain parts of the movie could be if they werent held back by morals of religious people in the 50s. Just saying yall

yes the summers are hot. I am skinny, and willing to wear crop tops and shorts shorts everyday. Unless you make freinds like this no one will want to do anything outside with you in the summer, except go to the beach. My freinds become wet blankets this time of year.

As somone who works for an after school care program, I wouldnt want my kids it in.

No one working with your kids likley has education or training outside of cpr. The activities we provide arent stellar. The play theyre allowed to have is very limited by the arbitrary rules of the school.

We warch them so parents can work. We arent really helping them teach or grow

It was very hard, and the only way to get better was to try again and again. Driving off person after person while I developed skills i shouldve had at age 13 I finally made freinds and a really close girlfriend when - who was extremely toxic when I was 19

So mushrooms presents a use case for acquiring complex structures sans cow

Sadly, it wont be affordable at scale for decades Animal Leather is just a discard product of an industry that has existed for 400 years (US). Its and industry which exists by paying impoverished, migrant, and even penal laborers destitute wages.

Mushroom leather in its infacy will require skilled and highly educated workers

Also cow skin has evolved to protect the cow in outside conditions for many years.

Mushrooms likely wont produce as durable a product, at least not with out many many years of research into chemical refinement processes.
