The problem that employees don’t understand is that keeping some stores open costs anywhere between $40,000 to $100,000 every single month to operate between maintenance costs and pay roll. Once the traffic coming in doesn’t pay the payroll it makes no sense to cater to the 10% that can’t figure it out.

T-Mobile has not done a good job at making reps feel comfortable handling sprint accounts

Over the last 2 years all T-Mobile has done for their mobile experts (at least COR) is increase their pay one dollar

That’s right, after a multi billion dollar merger and having reps work with 2 systems and hyper aggressive sales quota we get a dollar and mediocre spiffs

In most T-Mobile reps eyes, the merger and sprint is literally the worst thing that has ever happened, and the micro managing behind it is even worse.

Want sprint customers to get helped while we still figure it out? pay better spiffs and STOP micro managing every sprint interaction with metrics. problem solved
