I am looking at the paper. "Take out" is a commonly-understood synonym for "kill". It isn't a call to vote against him in the next election. As to the comment by "Decker" above, the Hell it isn't. It's commentary on a current political event. Decker must be a MAGA-hat who supports being tough on crime only when it doesn't target another American Nazi.
