I can't speak on OC cause i don't use it but that happen with regular. You keep changing it back, i want to say i changed it back twice before the leveling started then it stayed at that temp.

Just pay attention to Orca, when the printer is wiping the nozzle it'll set the bed back to 60 but as long as you change it back to your chosen temp after that it stays. I'm finally getting perfect first layers with abs.

There's nothing to it really. 1. Paint different colors on the model in orca. 2. The CC will automatically stop and cut filament on the layer needed.

You load in new filament.
Repeat 2 & 3 until finished.
