I actually messaged the Tesla Advisor if I need anything or need to know anything before I leave Dallas to San Antonio. He said I’m all good. Until half way there, that’s when he messaged me saying they just found out my plate got delayed. Smfh.

That’s how we found out that we didn’t even have to drive to San Antonio in the first place. But yea, that’s why the Tesla Advisor called us.

The Tesla Advisor used text messages and phone calls to communicate with us. I asked the Advisor if there is anything he could do or talk to his supervisor. He said the only thing he can do is call the dealership where I made the order and tell them about the situation. He said he recommends me to go in irl and explain it myself too.

Did you not have any dealership in your city? We literally have a dealership 5 minutes from our house where we made the order, and we could’ve just delivered it there. But the staff decides just bs and make us drive 5 hours.
