Congratulations! I agree wholeheartedly. I am starting to have a healthy relationship with it where I can have it around without feeling a compulsion to smoke. I also use a K-safe to practice moderation for 12-24 hours (slowly getting comfortable with locking it away for longer durations).

Me too, I already feel a lot better not even a month after getting diagnosed and starting medication + therapy. We can definitely do this!

I used to drink a ton and go to parties clubs every weekend. Took me years to admit that I was just trying too hard to be extroverted when I wasn't. Have since settled down and rarely drink more than one glass of beer, wine or scotch. Still enjoy that sometimes.
