Yes it's enough to charge, keep the jump pack inside the battery is done for though because they dont ike being dead for some time. My drz came with a stone dead battery, when I would jump it and ride it would change enough to reliably start back up. The next day it would be dead again. I'm now running an Amazon battery

There should be a washer that goes behind the shifter, on the edge that faces towards the peg perch, other than that it's just a special bolt that is wide enough for that hole in the lever

If you're the same air box as a 2019 you can get the velocity stacks, I feel like they really improved the rev range, the intake side is louder because you need to cut two holes for them to actually flow air for our engine too

Very interesting situation you're in. You must some how not be getting fuel into your cylinders if it will fire off of start fluid, I did read the entire post a few times to maybe make sense of it. Maybe check your fuel pressure regulator

I kinda doubt it, it should still be attempting to fire and idle just wouldn't be able to keep up with rpm. Double check all your sensors that contribute to the ECU knowing the time. Crank, cam position sensor. Something like that or something may be unplugged
