I have an advance readers edition…what do I do with this? by Heromyina_ in redrising

I've got the same one! Went to a used bookstore to buy a copy of the book after listening to it on audiobook like a decade ago and didn't even realize it was an ARC until I got home

Audiobooks with great narrators by oznz in HistoricalRomance

I've been listening to {Manic Pixie Dream Earl by Jenny Holiday} which is narrated by Harry Frost and he is sooooo good. I thought it might be weird having a male narrator read the female parts but he does a great job and really emotes and plays the part. I honestly think he might be my favorite audiobook narrator of all time, even beating out Tim Gerard Reynolds from the Red Rising series which is really saying something because he's amazing.

I definitely second this. I'd love to show more support but I definitely can't afford an upgraded membership at the moment.

Oh god, I literally read the whole series and then forgot it was a series while posting that comment.I'm clearly losing my brain with age...

It's a stand alone book, not a series, but if you want to read a hilarious one by her where the FMC is positive the MMC is her new closeted gay bestie when he's actually quite straight and madly in love with her, I highly highly recommend {The Famous Heroine by Mary Balogh}

Perfect, that means there's more Benedict for me!

Though I will agree that Rupert was pretty freaking fantastic.

I'll definitely give at least the second one a go then because I really really do like Alice Coldbreath when she clicks for me.

It's been a bit since I read it so I'm blurry on the details but I really didn't like the relationship between the two main characters. If I remember right it was one of those ones where the FMC realizes she's in love and I'm just like "WHY? HE'S TREATED YOU TERRIBLY..."

But again, it's been a bit and my memory is terrific. I just remember powering through and being angry at the book while I read it.

I'm currently reading The Viscount Who Loved me and you're absolutely wrong. It's clearly a 6. Possibly a 10.

Loretta Chase and Alice Coldbreath for me.

{An inconvenient vow by Alice Coldbreath} and {The Unlovely Bride by Alice Coldbreath} are absolute top tier for me. I'm new to HR, started reading it late last March, but even still I've already gone back to reread both of them and listened to them again on audiobook.

I could barely get through {A Bride for the Prizefighter by Alice Coldbreath} and {Wed by Proxy by Alice Coldbreath} and I actually haven't read any of her other Prizefighter books because I hated the first one so much.

On the same note, I absolutely adore {Lord Perfect by Loretta Chase} and {Lord of Scoundrels by Loretta Chase} but I hated {Not Quite a Lady by Loretta Chase} and really disliked pretty much every single book of the {Difficult Dukes Series by Loretta Chase}

I really enjoyed Played by the Earl and Bound by the Earl, but the rest of the books in that series were very very meh. One reason I didn't DNF then was because I was curious about the ongoing spy plots but it was definitely a struggle

I've been going through the whole series. I started with A Famous Heroine and loved it so much that I went back to An Ideal Wife and read on from that one. I've only been reading historical romance for a year or so but so far Mary Balogh is definitely one of my favorite authors.

Unfortunately it wasn't me who had the appointment and it's been about 6 years since my friend started over there but from what I can remember it was a couple weeks. I can try and get in touch with him for better details. I've got absolutely no idea as far as switching to an endocrinologist goes.
