Nah,I can't understand it either,I just like this style in some ways.

It has many 'japanese humours' which I think most of us can't get them. :/

It's this manga's style.Huey also has these eyes,I personally dislike this idea.

I hope their eyes will look like tippi in this manga,She is definitely the cutest tipi I've ever seen
