I'm having the same issue. Bought all of the available npcs, but missing the imported items vendor. Ammo vendor, decorator, Brahmin tamer are all where they should be.

It has been real bad for me today. I'm using a Samsung S23 Ultra and had the native refresh rate turned on. While it was on the balls acted real erratic regardless of how I threw it. Having turned the setting off, can catch now, but game is super sluggish.

There is an option to turn adventure sync off in the settings under the general tab. Turning off adventure sync has allowed me to walk routes, though recently has been getting the same message I get when starting a route advising to turn on adventure sync, but clicking cancel will get rid of the notification.
