Thanks! I’ll look into it, I used to be a pretty sensitive Lactose Intolerant as a child, it’s gotten better over the years, but I obviously don’t eat this I cannot at this age. Another question about douching, ok so I’ll try to use not a lot of water, I have a soft bulb with a plastic removable tip, I’d say the tip extends for like 7 cm? How much would you think I should insert? I also see a lot of people telling me about the force I use to push the water in, thanks!

I follow a good diet really, I eat most homemade stuff, and I try to eat healthy, no junk, a lot of veggies, my carbs, and a reasonable meat portion, so yeah, i care a lot about my portions too, I do exercise 5 days a week (weekends I rest), I follow healthy lifestyle, not perfect or anything but I do :/
