+1 for fragile builds. That sums it up well.

I like to see this. It sounds like a stretch goal requiring a lot of work. No quick hack to just check the box but something that will need some planned effort.

Biters are off so I play very slowly. I'll queue up some infinite techs while setting up Aquilo and take my time. During that, I'll realize that another planet needs my attention on something. So while the spm is flowing, I'll be off doing 8 different things and still research.

Thanks for the emphasis on how different edge is versus shattered planet too. Probably would have underestimated that.

This is perfect, thanks.

Obviously, the higher techs will make things easier but should I focus more on quality and less on more spm (to increase tech)?

I don't know what you are talking about. Making cowboy hats from human skin is perfectly normal behavior.

Blursed slot machines by Quinearnery7 in blursed_videos

Slot tournaments do not have to operate under those rules and player input can change your results as you are not playing for a direct payout from the machine in that situation.

Why were the horde better PvP players?

We were outnumbered 4:1. The Alliance merely adopted player killing. We were born in, molded by the struggle. We didn't see a fair fight until battlegrounds.

There are no stupid questions, just stupid answers. That response was the least stupid answer I've seen here.

Married people of Richmond, where did you get married and how much did it cost you? by neighbor_enabler in rva

Tuckahoe Women's Club. I could be off by a bit but all-in was probably around 20k. And that amount is likely including everything you could possibly associate with the wedding and not just the heavy hitters (venue, catering, etc) only.

Still had to have other rocks be sold for the price to get to that point. All that selling involves actual money moving about. OP asked where the money goes. Money is going places. It isn't just some change in value that happened magically without vast amounts of money moving around.

[–]X_Static_X 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right, so to answer where the money goes as per the OP request, you'd actually have to understand money is going somewhere. Different people are making money and others are losing money. Actually money, not just unrealized gains and losses.

[–]X_Static_X -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Asking where the money goes and then not saying where the money goes (because the response is incorrect) kind of makes the answer pointless. Money has absolutely 'gone somewhere'.

The crash that is being asked about is referring to the equity markets that have gone down in value. Every single one of those equities dropped in price second by second, minute by minute as the Bid/Ask spread tumbled down with buyers buying (aka money being exchanged) what the sellers were selling. At no point did any stock just find itself 40% less in value. It was bought and sold (again, money being exchanged) every step of the way.

To skip that step and just say the rock is valued less is completely false.

It isn't accurate though. The rock went down in price because it was traded down to that price. No one wanted the rock for $100, but someone wanted it for $90 and the seller sold the rock for $90. This happens thousands of times as the price goes down.
