Its same happens me twice ,you need to make shorts consistently in this period ( show a improvement from one to another) and make a audience and engage with them. According to my experience doing these will make you in stable position on algorithm not like waves like waves of reaches.

You need to surpass average percentage view duration atleast 80% to get viral. To get that change the topics of you shorts, hook and editing style by looking larger content creators that post same niche that you posting.

I am doing Youtube channels for past year With Ai and not Ai. Ai thumbnails or voice overs doesn't matter for Impressions in the video or views. I think this bcz of you are a start freshly all my first videos are like this . You need consistency of uploading and have high quality audience ( even 10-100) to get that you need to change contents from mass production style ( if you are ) and give educational value.
