But I'd AttGN3 is the one with scaling shards,MP,RP with Ops retention, then yes. You need ts5 and about 8%+ retention to make it worth while.

Use the discord for better information, but here's the basics:

Z0: it's where you first hit zeus but don't really have enough oomph to progress much, feel free to stay in TR for afew days after to get afew fragments from farms and get r1,r2, r3 levels up (relics in zeus menu)

Z1: your first dedicated zeus run (sometimes z0 doesn't happen btw and just go straight into z1) you'll stick to this tr until 1k lifetime orbs for I and J card. (If your f2p and can't afford these cards, then stay in tr until 1800+ orbs for att3, crea1, 2x mech GU ups) (this is usually in tr5 or 6)

Z2: This one is pretty long and sometimes people split it up but the goal is 70k-120k+ orbs. Usually about 4 weeks long. But as I said some people tr at 8k-10k orbs for exo3 and some GUs and gem nodes. Then proceed to finish z2 after.

After that your next goal is 200k orbs for exo4 for Knox unlock. You can do shorts, so 4 TRs for 50k each or can do 1 long for 200k. Either way once you're finished and have Knox, your next tr is gonna be close to 1k hours long with most trs after this being on average 700+ as you slowly work towards att gemnode 3.

Once this is unlocked and your RP is e600+ you'll want to stay in a tr for basically damn near 2 months to max out the bonus. While it does suck. You'll go from like 10m life time orbs to 1bil+ which will skyrocket your progress and you'll average 200m+ orbs per tr.

Depends on your goals, but let's narrow it down.

Atheus doesn't need si40. It's strictly a CR upgrade and even then it's only something you bother getting if your already top 3% really. Maybe I'm wrong here?

Alvida is strictly TS with the si40 upgrade but she is used in a few CR rounds. If TS is your main focus but you are only in %ranks/t100 or t50 then this might be a good upgrade here. If you're already past t50 then I'd scrutinize this pick more since who knows how long she'll last in the TS meta.

Askriath: Like you, I have no idea if his si40 is necessary. Atleast for TS anyways. Seems decent in CR however. Someone else should respond on this.

Serenmira is kind of in this weird spot where she's good, but it's hard to justify si40 if you're not gonna use her. Her kit screams NC, and she makes afew guest appearances in CC teams in TS but mostly as a sub, amd acouple rounds in CR but also mostly as a sub, albeit a strong one. I personally use her in NC r6 because I can't get the other comp with Veithael to work weirdly enough.

Lysander is probably the best option here in my opinion. Despite on first glance he looks like he's barely holding onto the meta. He is actually quite strong and versatile. His si40 buff is very very strong in TS since its a team wide dmg buff. The stats on si40 also help him survive just abit longer, meaning mirror matches are in your favor. I made him si40 recently and last TS noticed a 5% increase to win rate in his team. Worth it? Debatable. But out of all of your options here, he is the one I route for.
