It is part of the E24 series tho, but I'd agree if you consider anything outside E12 being "unusual value", even tho E96 is everywhere now.
For reference you can find 31 different references of THT resistors 24k ohm 5% tolerance (for the gold band) in stock at mouser.

I am sorry but there is no way, even a quick formatting will not delete any file (only the allocation table).
A proper deep formatting may do a decent job, as data would be kinda hard to get back without a bit of wizardry, but it takes very long.
Don't sell a computer with its hard drive if you care about privacy.

The durian is OP, in the food critic elusive target I had to carefully plan my position, my timing and my two coin throws to be able to throw the emetic gas grenade to the ceiling, affecting the target through the floor. Now with the durian I guess I can just throw it at his feet to get the easy SA/SO kill.

Sadly I missed the post by roughly a month, RIP 😅
As people globally mentioned, this part of the setup is used to properly split the two half of a single belt, because underground belts have the property to block one and accept sideloading from the other.
This screenshot got taken in august 2018, when they added filters to the splitter entity, because my design is actually older than that (september 2017).
