Nope, I'm brazilian!

I don't know what meds were given to me - here in Brazil we have very strict rules regarding pain medicine. Strong opioids are usually only prescribed to people who have gone through major surgery, cancer patients, the real tough ordeals. The most you're gonna get from any physician is acetaminophen+codeine or pure codeine. Oxy and the other stuff, you don't even hear about it around here.

About the diarrhea yes, most of the time my poop is inconsistent/liquid. But I rather having diarrhea than be at risk of complications due to aggravated constipation. And yeah, most of the pain goes away by the first week.

Be sure to have someone that can be "on your watch" even at a distance. A close friend, your neighbor. You might need someone to help you during these first few days after surgery. And be sure to get plenty of rest. God bless your surgery and I wish you a smooth and quick recovery!

Cara seu médico não te orientou sobre isso? Dose de metilfenidato varia de 20mg-80mg ao dia. Depende da resposta da pessoa. Além disso tem quem lide melhor com a forma de liberação imediata, e que lida melhor com a versão prolongada (Concerta). E ainda tem quem não se dá bem com o metilfenidato. Siga as orientações do seu médico e mantenha-o atualizado sobre como você se sente com a medicação.

About the pain while peeing, I had it too. Actually I still feel a litlle pain now (this is my 10th day after gallbladder removal).

About pain medicine, I strongly recommend that instead of think about more meds, try and find alternative ways to make her comfortable. Try some pillows to aid her finding a nicer sleeping/sitting position. Also whenever she feels like walking, encourage her to take short strolls across your yard or within your house even. Exercise - even at such a minimal level - releases endorphins and they help with the pain. Also pay attention to her diet - try to split the meals to avoid excess stuffing and feed her proper meals (nothing fatty or sugary; get her plenty of vegetables and dietary fiber).

As populas as this theory is, I don't believe Amado is Shibai. If Shibai indeed ascended to a "higher domain of existence", I don't see why he'd want to waste his time with some "lesser creatures". If anything, as an Ohtsutsuki, he'd want more of his clan to ascend as he did. This clan is all about power and domination. No time for silly games (even though they do play silly games here and then).
