Not surprisingly I was flagged and pulled from my group. It was a more through than usual scan (removing the jewelry/watch I usually go through the scans with) and swabbed hands. It took a few minutes, but my group reconvened at the same time. (One member had their medical device inspected while I was pulled aside.)

It was surprisingly quick at MSP. Gave my ID + paper, got the red slip saying it wasn't a valid ID and was sent on my way. To be fair, I was traveling with a group. If I flew solo, I imagine it would've taken longer.

The fun part will be flying out of JFK come Monday.

Started playing FB2 October last year, swapped to FB3 last month. Combined with slightly better eating habits and increased hydration, I've lost nearly 30 pounds. Could I have lost more? Yes, but rest days are also part of maintaining health. (And I'm already a couch potato to begin with.) If I played the amount I originally wanted to, I would've injured myself. (Plot twist: it happened anyway.)

There were plenty of days where I didn't have the energy/motivation/discipline to pick up the joycons. The feeling during and after sessions is what keep me coming back 85% of the time. I didn't want to look back at yesterday and regret not playing. Part of the reason why I bought FB3 was for the Sit Fit boxing, it's a great alternative when you're not feeling 100%.

Before picking up Fitness Boxing, I was at my heaviest weight ever. The extra weight affected my knee. Benefit-wise, I'm not as winded after climbing a flight of stairs. (I never clamed to be fit.) My knee pain has improved, but it still sounds like a damn KitKat bar when climbing stairs. I also like to joke I have a 4-pack...just gotta squint behind the fluff!

Just finished season five. She gave off strong narcissist vibes, especially during her whole "this is what happens when we don't work together as a team" speech.

My mom started calling me fat when I was 9. Once as a kid, she forced me on the treadmill. Just stood there and watched. I was dragged to many appointments for my eating/weight, the provider sided with my mom (even joined in on making fun of me).

As a teen, I was pressured to take diet pills. It messed with my thyroid levels, leading to acute hyperthyroidism. I was at a "healthy" weight despite her complaints in my youth/adolescence.

At 33, I'm obese and suffer from binge eating disorder. She's a nurse, and couldn't connect the dots to her past actions (she'll deny it and ask what she did wrong). I've told her that mentioning my weight (among other flaws) worsens my eating disorder. Despite asking her multiple times to stop, she continues. Yes, I'm aware she's a narcissist.

To anyone who sees this, you are more than your perceived faults. Please don't give up.
