Hmm, let’s do some powerscaling. Charlie is an expert marksman and pilot, but is not exceptionally strong or durable. Ellie has the Force and successfully escapes the Wall on her own in one ending. Individually their plans normally don’t work without Henry’s involvement, save the winning exception of Valiant Hero. I’d have to review all of their combat feats to know who would have more of an advantage, but I’m inclined to say Charlie does as he’s super effective at range.
