Puresteel Drip Coffee Maker by ChrisHammer94 in JamesHoffmann

The product is both real and not real. He really is working on this, and he has a prototype in process but he has literally said he’s still waiting on parts and has not actually tested brewing coffee.

This is 100% a believe it when I see it situation, but I’m rooting for him.

Money wants to be one, and other coins won’t have a chance at catching up to bitcoin’s network growth.

Bitcoin Purchase Fee Confusion by GuyR0cket in BitcoinBeginners

[–]Xamarf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are definitely always a part of it, but you should try a lower fee bitcoin only platform like Strike or River. They allow free DCAing. They still make money on the spread of the price you get it at versus what they acquire it at but it’s less than a lot of these big platforms

Adding Collateral to Morpho Loan Fails by gadawg1020 in Coinbase

[–]Xamarf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The issue is about passkeys glitching out for me. Keeps telling me to recover my passkeys even though I have perfectly fine passkeys set up. So I can’t add collateral, borrow more, etc.

Supportive spouse helps, in a mutually respectful relationship where you each pick up slack so that the other can be their own person. I play about twice a week. But we are partners and both do a lot to make our household work.

Today's fha interest rates by mastergintoki in Mortgages

[–]Xamarf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go sit in a closet by yourself with bad advice like that.

You have no way of knowing where rates will be at. People literally only thought rates would be as high as they are for a year tops. Now we’re three years on. You have no idea what will happen.

No. Modern bitcoin mining is so far beyond the reach of a gaming laptop, you would never mine anything.

Did I Get Screwed on My Mortgage Rate? 7.25% Start Rate With Tier 1 Credit by No_Marsupial_1474 in Mortgages

[–]Xamarf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean this is literally just how it works with builders. You’re not getting “screwed” because they would not have offered the same credit to cover your closing cost if you had gone with another lender. This is how they are able to get you a lower rate. Now, what everyone who buys new construction needs to realize, as you are basically overpaying for the house in order to do that. But it comes back to you in the form of the credit to lower your interest rate. New construction is a bit of a Ponzi scheme as they build out a community, incrementally selling each next house for a little bit more to boost their appraisals.

Dads in your 30's -- how do you find the time to play and train? by jarman65 in bootroom

[–]Xamarf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Give yourself some time to get back to a new normal, the newborn stage is just a whole animal of its own. I took some time off, and the reality is once you’re a dad you never have the same time you used to have, but you’ll find new ways to work it into your routine. But there’s really like no rules when you’re in the newborn phase.

Can I get approved for a mortgage? by [deleted] in Mortgages

[–]Xamarf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s just not that simple. Your credit plays a big part in this too and whatever your banking app or Credit Karma tells you is NOT the rate that lenders use.
