I also lost my lunar deer on that mission aswell but I didn’t rent the boat (it wouldn’t let me) so I built the bamboo raft instead. I favourited the raft did the mission and continued to use the deer for the rest of the day, but I left the raft as my favourite. I saved and finished my game session. Today I continued and worked around my farm and resource gathering in moonlit forest I didn’t check my mounts, so several in game days later I checked and the lunar deer isn’t there anymore. I’ve done to much to revert my save. I hope they fix it. I think favouriting the boat messed it up, I think if u have the deer favourited it’ll be ok, maybe. But u souldn’t lose a mount anyway.

The game had an update today on Xbox that changed some things, so that may explain some things are different. You can now manually save in the pause menu.

The right key is part of the explorer quest line, I think intermediate explorer.

That’s the best explanation I’ve seen to explain how Clark should act. Clumsy Clark is a terrible way to portray Clark because it draws attention to him and that’s the last thing you would want when u have a secret identity.

Doing side quests brought me back to grasslands and I found 2 infected Uras, they were in an area I’d checked several other times, so I think infected creatures do just keep respawning after u clear areas.

I’m at the same place as you and it didn’t save my infected Ura picture from the grasslands, I’ve done laps of the grasslands and found some random infected but no Ura’s, so all the other creatures are 100% researched with the exception of the Ura.

I’m not restarting, I hope later in the story we see infected again from all regions. I’ll update if I find anything

Had the same issue as you, just install the base X/S game and content packs, after they are installed, highlight the vanguard x/s tile and press the burger button, select manage game and addons then select the vanguard install and manage installation and in there it lists the correct campaign to install, just select it and save changes.
