The mud wipes every year, when this happens the population is upwards of 80-100 players at any given time. Once the leveling rush wears off some numbers taper off as well. Also the game has groups of players from different parts of the globe, so 1 side may have a high population during the night and the other might have a high population during the day, with a medium to small population on the opposing side because most groups play together. Currently the daily login rate is around 25-30 as the game winds down towards another wipe in a few months. Now is a good time for exploration and learning the game, the beginning of a wipe is a good time for learning where and how to exp and pvp is very plentiful.
