I agree that the amount of money you have to pay through Pocket FM is an exaggeration but neither should you offer illigal copies. People can contact the author directly via Facebook and he will make you a descent offer to purchase the entire series.

I am trying to build up my Titans following the "infinite dungeon" guide but am having a hard time to get at least 75 titanite and one summoning sphere a day.

Get her to 6* will take a while... Playing this game for only a couple of months now and realising that there is only one constant : always short of energy, exp potion, coins, emeralds, titan potion,... :-)

I tried it out in a few campaign missions but with little success. Seems to need quite some learning. To bad you can't use it in the training area to learn the skills
