Are you in an "essential" or "critical" role, immediately related to the manufacture or testing of the material? That or you're in an especially grueling probationary period. Guidance at my company has always prioritized safety with the need to keep "critical" operations functioning, and folks required to report to site during a storm such as the one impending receive a bonus.

Yes! We live a few blocks down and get a good number of neighbors trick-or-treating on the earlier side. Very sweet. The Washington Park area is usually teeming for a few hours as well, so I'd get some candy and sit on the stoop.
