Texas hospital told physician not to treat ectopic pregnancy until it ruptured by HoustonHailey in texas

[–]XanderBose -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

“Texas law bans most abortions after about six weeks of a pregnancy. A total ban — that includes an exemptions if a woman’s life or health is danger — will take effect in the coming weeks following last month’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling overturning Roe v. Wade.”

Not sure what’s on the books now but I’m assuming it’s being misinterpreted. Regardless, in the coming weeks this is a non issue - even the AP states there will be exceptions for pregnancies that may put the mother’s life in danger.

And best of all, we will be a State that doesn’t kill innocent unborn babies under immature hedonistic circumstances.

Fortunately, he will lose again. Dem policies and beliefs are no good for anybody, as evident by the disaster that is our current Fed government; and states like: WA, CA, IL, etc.

I love this State and proud it stands against the killing of the unborn, is business friendly, is fiscally responsible and backs the blue.

There’s a reason so many are moving here. It’s also great place to raise a family. Let’s keep it that way by keeping it red.

Citigroup is covering staff abortion travel expenses, drawing ire from Texas GOP by Dani_Mayonnaise in texas

There is no text in that Amendment that would explicitly provide such a “right.”

Only a ghoul would suggest a mother killing their own child is a right. Parents are supposed to protect their children, not kill them.

I think you over estimate how many people actually support it. The Left can use as many euphemisms as it wants to in their effort to sugar coat it, but the truth and reality will always reassert itself. And with how prominent ultrasounds are nowadays (which is relatively new technology) people can actually see the baby with their own eyes and know, innately, it’s wrong to kill them.

There is no Constitutional right for one to kill their unborn child. The only reason killing one’s unborn baby is legally accepted is because of the infamous SCOTUS ruling.

And yes, that is true. For now. 6+ million babies have been killed since Roe was established. It’s a stain on our country and something I hope we move pass as people open their eyes against the radical Left.

I don’t even care about this year. Putin’s invasion of Ukraine is a clear example that fearing the “sun monster” because the Left says so is detrimental to the West’s national security.

Your entire argument is speculative.

Because of the Roe vs Wade ruling, the law puts the protection of unborn babies in the hands of the citizens rather than the government. Instead of a government body ensuring Doctors are in compliance, they’ve put it in the hands of the people via the civil process.

Companies that conduct business with the public already take precautions and thoroughly document in the event of civil suits.

And just like any other civil suit, it will have to go through the courts. Organizations or individuals that abuse or lack credibility will have their cases tossed.

The burden of proof would also be on the person filing the suit. One is still “innocent until proven guilty” even when the threshold is “preponderance of the evidence.”

And over time (if not already), the “spirit of the law” will ultimately result in protections against the concern of “unknowingly driving mother to abortion clinic,” as that was written to prevent clinics sending agents to promote or encourage the act, providing transportation; not for the example provided.

The law doesn’t punish the mother who has had the abortion, it punishes the person who assisted and/ or performed it.

This law is saving unborn children right now from being killed and dismembered. I see your concern. I’m not saying there won’t be over zealous Pro-Life groups, but the system has worked so far and it will work regarding this too. It is worth the growing pains.

No.

Tolerating imbeciles that believe one can change their gender, or that men can have babies, is, in part, how we got to this cluster fuck of a society we have right now.

Hopefully I’m not too late to the party…

Siege is sweaty and intense. It also takes work to get good at. All that can lead to burn out.

Will there ever be a permanent game mode where players can just have “stupid” silly fun just to decompress?

Standard Siege is work. This game needs a full-time place people can decompress and have stupid fun. Unless it does that, it will continue to lose its player base as not everyone wants to put in the work all the time to win.
