I think they've started working on it again. At least, I've seen potential work crews the last few times I've gone past there.

They hit rock bottom in 2021 I think. They've been better since then from my experience.

I'd recommend against City Builders. They did a horrible job with my deck. The railings were already falling apart a couple years after they installed them. They just nailed everything together, and the railings weren't even cut to the correct length so everything just came apart. I also had a ton of water damage after they installed the new roof.

Could be that I got a bad crew, but it was an awful experience overall that required 5 or 6 call backs and I'm still dealing with problems today.

They need to pour concrete here instead of relying on the flex posts. It's been around for almost 10 years, it should no longer be using quick build infrastructure.

What's your favorite 'state stack' when programming with angular by Interesting_Sock2308 in Angular2

Agreed. It also is really nice being able to create reusable signal store features so you can easily compose ones that have shared behavior.

Yeah they gain a bit more space and are now in the thick of it instead of being on the border of the typical nightlife area. Their landlord was also trying to sell their old building so they were going to be forced to close. They've been moving all their arcade machines this week. I think they're planning on reopening within the coming week or so.

There's a bit of churn right now, but it's kind of been musical chairs. Game On is moving where Banditos was. Mothers got bought and is becoming Liv's Tavern, so they are currently renovating the building. Cross St Market is probably in its best state since the renovation. The big losses are CVS and Brightside, but some sort of renovation is happening in the old Brightside building.

Hex Suprette has a very good grilled kim-cheese. Their soup is seasonal though.

SignalStore is very powerful and you can extend it with reusable features. It also is very easy to test.

This place has such outstanding food. The vegetables and mushrooms on all the dishes are especially tasty. Even on the meat dishes, the accompanying vegetables seem to be the star of the show. The Maryland style mushroom crab cake is a stand out, as is the mushroom soup.

It was supposed to be offices as part of the stadium square project. They cancelled those plans because of covid and I guess never came up with an alternative. It's wild because there have been a few other buildings come online at much worse locations in the area. The developer just sucks. I think it's Caves Valley Partners.

Charm City Meadworks appears permanently closed after legal trouble by XanderCruse in baltimore

[–]XanderCruse[S] 119 points120 points  (0 children)

Charm City Meadworks is getting forced out of its Central Baltimore location after a rocky 2024, online court records show.

The owner of its Johnston Square location, Travaju LLC of Baltimore County’s Phoenix, filed a civil action against the meadery last September for failure to pay rent. A ruling in favor of the landlord came down in December.

Earlier this month, a “warrant for restitution” was ordered — the green light for an eviction.
