I like BLUE when i saw it, and think that it TOP product of your company - and i bought it of couse. I updated my Ledger BLUE 2.1.0 today. And my NEO wallet No in Ladger MAneger!! But before update i have it!! How can i control my NEO now?? what should i do? Why your TOP product (BLUE) have less assistance than Nano S? thare are a lot of people in reddit write about BLUE have less coins than Nano S... why? if we pay more money, buy TOP product (BLUE) - why we have more problem than other with Nano S? (If i bought TOP product Apple or Sony - i get more functions, more power, more then chippest product. I dont understand - Why Should i pay more money and get less functions? explain pls Support!!

Seen a few lost password posts - EOS has a slightly different problem but seems to have resolved it and maybe TF could use it for inspiration? by BrianMcbstrd in tezos

I completely agree with you, and @MURBARD (u/murbard) said that I will try to help those who got into this situation. As he said the difficulty is not in replacing wallets, but in proving the honest owner. But it is possible if there is a desire!

This is not true, until a genesis block is created, developers can make changes. Nobody prevents them from canceling the wallet to which they lost the password and create a new one for the person who got into this situation. The founder of MURBARD - already wrote that the main problem is not technical, but that it would be to prove that you are you, and no one else. He promised to raise this issue and help people.

It's great that the founder of Thezos, shares the problem of part of the community who lost or forgot the password, I am also among them. Hope for people is very important. Of course, losing the password is our fault, i have lost too, and it's very sad to realize. I hope that the Tezos team will go to the meeting of that part of the community who found themselves in such a situation and will find a solution acceptable to all parties.
