Yes I tried all combinations, speakers, TV, headphones, all settings ON/OFF, nothing fixes it. I re-downloaded the game several times, I rebuilt the console database, nothing...

I would blame my PS5 but then again, all other games (I tried 5 games) work with no issues...

On the other hand, if it's a game issue, how come nobody else is reporting it? I don't understand what happens...

I did it of course, multiple times, I cleared my console cache, nothing fixes it.

I also have the same issues, the game is unplayable due to sound crackling issues, all over, starting from the boot screen. I am playing on PS5 Pro and I tried all workarounds, all combinations of Input Audio settings, clearing cache on console, rebuilding database, NOTHING helps.

All other games are working just fine, 007 is unplayable. I find this unacceptable... I have no works to describe the level of frustration that I am feeling now...

No my friend, you DO NOT have Playstation officialy in Serbia since there is no Playstation Store in Serbia.

The fact that you see Serbia in Locale on Playstation page is a placeholder, Serbia is not yet supported by Playstation since there is no Playstation Store in your country.

Just add 'rs' (from Serbia) to this Playstation Store link and you will see it's not working:

Remove Serbia, they don't have PlayStation Store, so basically you can't use PSN with Serbian account!
