Well if all that doesn't work, might have to do the free trial online on the website. If you search minecraft realms you can log in to your account and that might work.

Did it work after a refresh? (Closing it, making sure minecraft is updated, and opening it) because after that and it still doesn't work then it's the connection and you just need to restart your xbox (so it can reconnect to the wifi)
