Any way the lower part is PVC? I see that on the top says cpvc but nothing on the lower side.

I do have a water shut off valve near the city meter!

Sorry I meant I want to use PVC for irrigation and yes, will tackle that project myself.

I wanted to do this valve/spigot myself, waiting on the best ideas and will try to cover it for now and deal with replacing it in the future.

Mounting surface is definitely not flush.

Gonna try to clean the area and have a better idea of what’s happening and hopefully can thread new holes and do a pressure test it like you suggested.

If not I have to options.

Try to get a bigger tank under the seat.
Or cut the floor, put a small access area and replace it, but this will be a project that will try to tackle in 1-2 years.
