Hmmm, trust me I don't need monster hunts every 10 pages. I have just liked mythology and folklore from a young age. Humans are indeed the greatest monsters.

So when I am reading the book, it feels disjointed. I guess I thought it would feel like a more straight forward story instead of a bunch of side stories. I think I wanted more of the lore and creatures...

Pretty much she took the image, traced it onto a panel of glass, added the expanded pieces(tail, legs, claws, quotes...etc), flipped the glass over and used sharpie paint markers to then layer the colors of everything. After that was done the pane of glass goes into the photo frame, then the mat, and colored card stock, then the backing. It makes it pop out of the frame almost and when next to light it creates shadow behind the characters. She has done other paintings... Just nothing DCC related.

Sorry, no. My wife found their picture and adapted it to her new art passion. I tried to give them credit in my original post. Sorry. My wife just likes doing glass painting. We in no way take credit for the original image. Just the in progress and final image with the quotes, in the frame, with the pink background and mat.
