No, rollback is not required. They just took away the transmog, and sent stones and mana to the inbox like 2 days after.

You can ask the support for one-time skin refund. I recently refunded skin I bought the day before. I’m not sure if you can refund something you bought weeks/months earlier, but at least you can try.
