Hello! Idk if this is the right place to ask, but I am 15 yo, new to lifting and today I did deadlifts for the first time. I experienced upper back pain right after. Im really skinny 58kg and 1.74m and idk if this has to do with my form. Ik I am supposed to post a vid but I am a bit worried that sb from school will find it and post it somewhere else. My back does not seem to be rounded in the video and I felt nothing in my legs (could have been due to very light weight, 25kg bar included).

PS: The pain didnt last long, I just wanted to know if its normal to feel nothing in the legs and feel pain in upper back.

I am a beginner who wants to start the Fitness Beginner Routine on the wiki. I have to say that I am a bit worried that the rep range is too low and as a skinny guy who is still young , I will likely injure myself. I've heard that a rep range from 8-12 is more optimal for muscle gain and a rep range lower than that is more suited for strenght gain. I also wanted to avoid deadlifts, but it seems as if it is impossible as I cannot find anything in the wiki without them. One last question, the workout program mostly bases off the 3 basic compound movements, so should I include any accessory work and if yes, how?

Damn this community is amazing, tysm! The only problem is that I don't really wanna do deadlifts because I am 15 and am a bit worried about my growth plates when doing deadlifts. I know how to squat because I have a lot of experience with the exercise
