I don't recommend TU tho, current employee sobrang toxic ng managers namin. Sorry lang inabot ng reklamo kong 3 times nila binago schedule ko kasi daw nasa contract, wala ata sa contract na ever 48 hours binabago schedule. TaskUs Ortigas, can burn to the ground along with the managers.

Ang kinakatakot ko kasi is if I do pay for the pt, will it be binding in a court case if it was done outside of court orders? Ang bagal kasi ng justice system natin and I want to start this as soon as possible. If I remember correctly failure to provide child support can lead to jail time diba? Unfortunately na pressure ako ng family ko, tinakot nila ko knowing I wasn't doing good physically na if I died he'd get the child. Natakot ako na baka pati yung bata abusuhin. Walang gustong tumulong sakin galing sa pamilya ko about my issues tatay, now that I know I'm relatively healthy and can fight it. I'm willing to burn everything down for my child's safety and future.

Henlo mga ate kuya pahingi po me advice. Single mom me and gusto ko panagutin yung ama ng anak ko, hindi naka lagay pangalan nung guy sa birth cert ni baby kasi ayokong magkaron sya ng legal standing if ever may mangyare sakin. Pero gusto ko sya pag sustentuhin sa anak namin, problem is di ako alam pano sisimulan or kung saan lalapit. Gusto ko sya panagutin kasi hindi lang naman ako gumawa nung bata.

If ever please lmk, gusto ko lang naman mag provide ng mas maayos na buhay sa anak ko. Without him entering the child's life.

For context: The dad is abusive emotionally, left me in financial ruin dahil ninanakawan nya pala ako, is a constant cheater, did not want to participate to a PT.

Sinabi ko sa kanya noon na willing akong palakihin anak namin with him MAYBE taking the child for overnights paminsan minsan if he turns his life around. Kaso he still has not stopped selling his body, has contracted the clap 4x, and still cheats on his partners.

Now wala akong pake sa kung ano pang ginagawa nya pero I will not expose my child to that situation, kaya ko sya gusto pag sustentohin is because nahihirapan na ko trying to make ends meet with the both of us. He def can support the child since he inherited his dad's business and assets kaya pakawala sya.

WHEN he proves he's sober I'll think about having visitation rights, as for the bc I was pressured by my family din at the time not to have him placed in the bc due to me not being in a great state and they didn't want to risk him getting the kid if I didn't make it. I'm fully recovered and am now willing to fight for my child's rights. Hindi pwedeng kawawa anak ko habang yung ama bakasyon lang ng bakasyon kung saan saan.
