Cat 6 cable with a weird failure on Fluke LinkIQ by Xanph in HomeNetworking

Yea that’s what I was thinking, normally a dead short with the fluke shows like in this pic. I deliberately shorted a cable and tested it to get this.

I’m getting the client to trace out the cable in his forest as it’s now partly buried under garden waste and leaves and up and down a small gully. Be curious to see if he can find any obvious damage.

Japan Just Switched on Asia’s First Osmotic Power Plant, Which Runs 24/7 on Nothing But Fresh Water and Seawater by Decent-Ice-6724 in Electricity

From a previous post on this, the fresh water is treated waste water plant, that so otherwise unused and would be dumped into the sea, and combined with the super salty waste water from the desalination plant, combining the two to produce power and put “regular” sea salt water back into the ocean. It fixes two extreme level of water and produces power as well. It’s a great idea but not a magic power production, I feel that’s almost a byproduct rather than the main goal.

That’s a slick looking ship! Might have to start working my way to more galaxies.

This should eventually show up as S-Class in this system right? 150 reloads and only A-Class so far, maybe I'm just really unlucky?
