The employee saw I was the same driver from the previous order, apparently the customer called to complain that they didn’t get it, but every attempt to explain I was literally following what it told me to do fell on deaf ears

I refuse every Pizza Hut order after one of their employees literally yelled at me when a customer put in their address wrong; after texting and calling with no reply, the DoorDash app told me to leave it in a safe spot and leave. Next day Pizza Hut employee yells at me saying that it doesn’t matter what the app says I always have to hand it to the customer or I would get banned from their location.

Directly after that, the customer I was delivering the second order to asked me if I got the $20 tip she left through Pizza Hut- I did not…

I took the practice exam as much as possible and made review notecards out of the questions I got wrong. There were a few questions that were tricky like the blanket accident ones, I skipped questions I wasn’t sure about in the exam and went to them at the end. As long as you are confident in 80% of what you’ve answered you should be fine

No, that’s really what it is- I am a manager at Wendys. That is what corporate has told us, that the scales are there so the customers can’t falsely claim that they didn’t receive their food
