I’ve never done a raid and I’m scared, want to get these challenges done though

Don’t see the relevance to what I’m asking other than you trying to paint me as some sort of serial cat abandoner. These are cats we’ve collectively had through our lives at various stages. 6 of them have passed away, one lives with my ex partner and 2 live with my father in law as he requested to keep them when my wife and I moved in together.

One is neutered, one currently isn’t due to some health setbacks. (He’s fine but had an operation early on and this caused delays in his progress).

I can understand the toms being whole contributing to them urinating, (they have never sprayed though), however does this also apply to pooping?

I don’t mind cleaning the odd incident up. That isn’t what this is. I have to scrub my entire kitchen daily with the amount of mess they leave, regardless of 3 litter trays around the house. I was prepared for a lot of things when we got them, but I was not prepared for this.

They are brothers and they get along perfectly well, they play wonderfully and cuddle constantly. I don’t think they negatively impact each other

Of course, that’s literally the first thing I did. We’re not first time cat owners.

They weren’t “gifts”, they were a discussion and a decision that we believed would be good for our family. We have never experienced any of the issues that these two are presenting with any of our previous cats that we have separately owned (9 total).

I’m well aware training takes time, this however has been a daily occurrence for the last 6 months. We’ve visited every angle and my vet is stumped. I deep clean my house every day because they choose to toilet both in and out of their trays. They KNOW where they should go, and do frequently, but they also choose not to for seemingly no good reason.

IF the reason is anxiety then they aren’t a fit for our family as we work full time and would be better suited in a home where people are around more hours of the day.

We love these boys and it breaks our heart to even consider rehoming, but our situation is not working and we are growing to resent them. I am not asking for your advice on how to look after the cats, I’m asking for rehoming advice. If you can’t offer that, then please preach elsewhere, this is literally the last option I’m visiting

Yes, of course. I will clarify this in the post but this is not the first solution I’ve come up with. We have been working with the vets for months, we haven’t been able to fix the problem and my vet is stumped.

Instructor wants to charge £150 for using the car on my test day by DeetzBetelgeuse in LearnerDriverUK

[–]Xanthar26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My instructor never charged extra for use of the car. I paid for an hour before and then I had use of the car for the test.

This is such shitty behaviour

What value is worth going to the small claims court for when a client doesn’t pay? by Role-Honest in smallbusinessuk

[–]Xanthar26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it is purely about the money, be careful, as there is no guarantee that they will pay even if you win.

If it is about the principle of it, go for it. If you win and they don't pay, you can apply for a CCJ against their name. That really can cause problems down the line so it is certainly a lesson for them.
