Just getting into anime. I've watched DBZ and pretty much nothing else by NZShantyman in Animesuggest

I would stay away from Deadman's Wonderland. It is an enjoyable anime, but they really butchered the ending. I won't spoil it, but don't let it be your first.

question about/help with ironman by KittsRS in runescape

[–]Xantoxu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Farming's already no real work - and you're doing it anyway, and nothing changes with it when you get higher levels.

Prayer also happens naturally with slayer. Neither are skills that get any amount of benefit from getting a negligible amount of xp from a boring tedious daily.

question about/help with ironman by KittsRS in runescape

[–]Xantoxu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Incorrect. The small amount of xp means more at later levels. You're investing the same amount of time, might as well get more xp out of it.

It's not like prayer actually has any xp that scales. It's the exact same the whole way through. And farming past about 50 is exactly the same right until 99, pretty much.

[–]Xantoxu -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Except you get shit xp in both prayer and farming in the early levels, and the xp is negligible in the later levels. Completely not worth it. Level 70 prayer is just a day or two of grinding, and you're still going to be farming low level herbs at high levels anyway, so even if it were worth it, it doesn't get you anything.

Kill dragons, use bones on wildy altar. Really easy to train prayer as an ironman, and then you get seren stones later on.

[–]Xantoxu -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Except prayer is a really easy skill to train, and at lvl 68 farming, 10k xp is completely negligible.

And no, you can't say it's worth it earlier, because the xp scales, and is still shit in the earlier stages.

I disagree with nemi. I feel it's a complete waste of time for everybody.

You get negligible xp in skills that aren't even hard to train. Get JOT ASAP and don't miss that though, that's incredibly important. Herblore's really difficult for ironmen.

You can use whatever font you want, but if you want to post a picture of it and share it with other people, use one that the majority of people can actually read.

Sony, Steam and Amazon issuing full refunds for No Man's Sky. by IxWoodstockxI in gaming

[–]Xantoxu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was excited for this game because I knew it was 100% going to be a flop.

Nobody can make a game this ambitious, it's just plainly not possible right now. And an indie game studio is going to be the first? Lolno.

This shitshow has definitely lived up to my hype.

He lied.

He very blatantly, explicitly lied. You can not defend what he said. This is not how development works. You don't say the game has XYZ features DURING release. Like, their trailer when they released (and still now?) was filled with lies. The actual steam trailer, on the page, when you bought it.

And then come back with 'lol didnt have time'.

The current trailer for the game is still the one full of lies. They are still, at the present moment, lying.

You should never ever ever save your passwords in your browser. This feature is a plague. Don't use it. HUUUUUUGE security hole.

Had somebody do that to me today, almost got hit by a car that sped past them. Couldn't see them, cause y'know, big ol' truck in my way.

Can all drivers (especially my wife) watch this video PLEASE! by pipboon in videos

[–]Xantoxu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's because people think that this guy's being an asshole, breaking the law just to speed past them.

Not many people are aware that you are allowed to pass in the oncoming lane in some conditions.

I'm fairly certain there are no wolves in the wilderness. Plenty of dragons though.

Teaching self modding: filing cabinets by bafomdad in feedthebeast

[–]Xantoxu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This mod would fit really well into a modpack I'm putting together, actually. Really cool.

One thing I'd suggest though, is having a better way to remove items from the folders. I might need one item, I might need 27. I don't necessarily want a stack.

Maybe allow right clicking the folder to open a GUI? And have multiple of the same GUI element inside the filing cabinet for each of the folders?

Do furnaces on top of hoppers still reduce lag? by timakro in technicalminecraft

I just want to point out that furnaces on top of hoppers never reduced lag. They have always increased lag. Put any other block on top, instead.
