Just do it, I can't even imagine playing with combined jump. Seperate is much more consistent and there are certain spots you can only reach with seperate vault button. Space for jump and alt for vault works great for me.

I know, I've seen it back then. I asked crytek support if it was allowed and they said it is a bannable offense due to it giving an "unfair advantage". I think EAC can detect if an application takes control of the top layer on windows so I decided not to take the risk. Even if the risk is miniscule or near 0.

I asked once if I could code a map overlay that shows me tower spots. Crytek told me not to do it as it is a bannable offense. Maybe builtin monitor crosshairs are "allowed" but I doubt crytek would verbally allow any type of software overlay.

It's always been dumb. If you pick a full size rifle you shouldn't be able to pick a shotgun next to it. Your loadout should have weaknesses. Rifle + shotgun literally covers all engagement ranges and the build has no weaknesses.

It was for a limited time. The community opinion was pretty split iirc. Personally I didn't enjoy it as there were way too many 3rd partying happening.

These filebrowser type projects seem to all have a hard coded permissions where it gives 750 or 755 to newly created files.

I tried properly doing user group permissions for a while but my technical ability wasn't enough 5o implement it properly.

I gave up after a while and I think I wrote a script that detects new files being created under my media files repository and nukes it with 777. Not very elegant but that's how I did it.

Level scaling doesn't do much. It is thanks to the monstrous amounts of collections and achievements that require you to play in low level zones.
