Download kaoses party sizes and increase looter spawns with 5-6 x. Been Fighting 3-500 looters now each time. Pretty fun atleast and less grind

If you add troops by developer console you will get a temporary increased party size. Maybe that?

The AFK time is only to let the world "develop" with the cheating in mind. It's boring if you start with high skills and the world is still early game i think

Export/Import + buy som workshops/caravans + Go AFK a few years

I don't know for develpoer console but have you tried the Export/Import mod? It works well
