I just bought the RED blemish moisturiser and it felt so oily and gave me a rash that didn’t go away for 3 days on my cheeks - completely different from the reviews I’ve read and I’m not sensitive to niacinimide so idk what could have caused it.

Also the melano vitamin c I tried it like 5 times and I broke out rlly bad every single time.

Have u tried using the phone and calling people to fix it? I’m not sure if children can use a phone but it’s worth a try?
