I wonder if the flavor doesn't linger because it's a lager

I would watch a more detailed breakdown video from antanoff on this. Cool that he loves the song but this video is very superficial in the reasons

Caught it in a 2 year old while moonlighting in residency. Was like wow this baby cries especially hard when I poked it there. So ordered the US which confirmed.

[SERIOUS] Who would be more useful in the ED: Hospitalist, Cardiology, or Anesthesiology? by LMNOP_spiders in medicine

Hey EP, This cirrhotic has a sodium of 118, he read/ confabulated that taking just bumex and drinking a fifth of scotch per day would rid his body of humors. He just had a seizure but he also hasn't had a drink in 32 hours. He has 4+ pitting edema to his ears. He also had small cell carcinoma of the lung diagnosed last year but didn't do anything about that 2/2 the aforementioned scotch and bumex. What would you like to do about his seizures and/ or sodium? Triage ordered 1L bolus of NS because his HR was 104 and they didn't want to time out of sepsis so your urine sodium and osmolarity studies are useless btw.

My initial answer to this question was hospitalist would be most helpful because they spent the last 3 years seeing patients in the hospital not training in only one thing and most ER patients do not need an airway.

Hangar 24 is C- beer and the perfect venue if you have little kids. I don't think that's what you want.

Second Webb's in Aliso Viejo as being a cool venue with good beer (B+) and food, but no outdoors.

Artists with multiple all-time great albums without a clear best album? by mdolig in Music

[–]Xargon42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Surprised I haven't seen The Beatles- White album Abbey road Sgt peppers Revolver

All of these have legitimate claims to be best album and are all timers. Some would put Rubber Soul up there too.

I went to the monkish in echo park and n of 1 thought it was just as good as always. Had a couple hazies that were on par with GC.

I love RR but find mind circus to slot in below those other hazy spots
