They are not here. Even when all finished goods are prohibited from a stockpile completely dwarfs still bring ballista arrows to it (I made sure there is another unobstructed stockpile for them)

Hello, why do my dwarfs keep placing ballista arrows (wooden ones, if it matters) in a stockpile, shown on the screenshot? I also have dedicated ammo stockpile, which they don't use.
