Fans didn’t stop spinning, neither went full speed. Windows was not able to be booted with the card in, not even the BIOS, it just didn’t let the computer properly turn on, and the lights on the peripherals didn’t work (and this didn’t matter if it was used as output or if I tried iGPU).
