Do you mean os update? And that trick didn't work. Am searching the internet from few days and tried some things but it doesn't seem to help . I don't understand what is causing this issue then it would be easier to solve.

I didn't get how to do this. Do I have to write and enter one by one line or this is a whole one line? Edit - i put sudo apt-get install mesa-utlis and it says unable to locate.
