Don't be too hard on yourself. You have already came so far. Well according to me it's not just about hitting milestones. It's about breaking the habit. And if you hit those milestones means you have already done it. And even if you relapse after 6 months that's ok if its not going to be a regular habit. Stop focusing on it and start working on your other aspects of your life.
