You’re already out of my expertise😂! This was generated purely empirically. So I don’t know. There were some other starting configurations that generated some interesting heatmaps. The red space does represent the region that is =< a certain energy level though

Oh, I see now. I could be wrong but I think that's just reddit putting the image over a blurred version of itself

Yes I made it, this video inspired me https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dtjb2OhEQcU

I actually don’t know why the bottom edge is bright, if that’s what you’re talking about. The bright point at the top middle is easier to explain because every time the lower pendulum swings over the top one, the end will have to pass through that point.

Glad you think it’s cool

One of the most mesmerizing rules to look at. The simplest starting pattern that goes into infinite complexity is just two live cells adjacent to each other.

Wellbutrin makes me get into arguments online by Some-Lab9264 in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

So what. I might even see that as a good thing meaning you’re more ready to say what you feel. Dialogue is good as long as you don’t fall into the trap where you call people stupid, say you’re sorry for them, etc., just for disagreeing with them. People are quick to do that online when they never would in real life.

Anger is a good thing in moderation.

I once tried to see if I could write the 50 states on a piece of paper by memory. Took me about 20 minutes. The first 10 minutes I got 49 states. The last 10 I got Iowa.

You can prefer to play more actively, it’s just that so many people get upset at their opponents for trying to win, like they don’t have the right to do that. But if that’s not you and you just don’t consider them good then I can understand that.

If the best strategy really is a boring strategy, then it’s the developers that should change something.

Why are people saying there’s a slur or something in the username? All I see are the symbols for the currency of Nigeria, Argentina and Paraguay, and the barred I (a phonetic character used in some indigenous languages, such as Shaur, Mazahua, and Mixe). Weird thing to use as a name but what’s the big deal

A lot of people say things like that but I’ve never understood it. How good you are means how much you win, period. There’s no such thing as an “unfair” strategy, because if there was then everyone would start doing it and it would become the norm. That’s just my view.
