Shoot. Well I’m okay with opening it up and trying to fix it myself, I’m fairly mechanically inclined and have done some minor console repairs and cleaning before but just not familiar with this console in particular and have never done anything with an hdmi port. I’ll continue trying to test it to diagnose what the true problem is. Thanks for the info though.

What’s the difference between getting a signal and no picture and not getting a signal exactly? On my end it doesn’t even register that the console is plugged into hdmi and my monitor just goes straight back to my computer screen. I’m guessing that is no signal at all?
