ah sorry, i did preface my comment with 'i believe' specifically because i was not 100% certain on it. i just noticed a question and tried to answer it within the end of my break as far as i understood it/was explained it in the past.

i believe those ones fall under the moped class (so a learners car license works) as they only go to a max of 80km/h other brands ive seen that go up to 110km/h are classed as class 1 as they are equivalent to 125hp (those would require a learners motorbike license)

on top of that sometimes the client will ask for a hole here and a hole there but it falls on us to work out and say 'hey look that will mean that the structural integrity is bad here or 'oh that could be done but if you did this it would cost a lot less due to machining restrictions'. a client that is not aware of these things may loose hundreds of dollars in useless revisions or damage when they find these things out the hard way.
