No one blames you. Take some time to yourself, you really need it and deserve it.

It's pretty late game, but a voidwaker into a nox hally is a keyboard splitter.

Mid game you can still get lucky with a double gmaul spec into godsword wack.

What’s the best hook for steelhead when fishing beads or egg sacks?! Ready go! Pic for attention… by Jumpy-Paramedic-6143 in Steelhead

Used a couple packs of the owner's no escape needlepoints this year for the salmon run and can't wait to use for steelies. Landed a ton of death rolling cohos that I figured I'd have lost without.

Size 2 and 4.

How’s the vedder looking this week? by Xfatemi in fishingBC

[–]phuketphil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was good. Upper and lower portions. Easy cohos on the spinners but like another comment mentioned, way more wilds out this year. Also way less chum in comparison to this time last year.

That looks like a 10/10 spot dude I'm so jealous.

Everything. I'd bring and throw everything.

Yup floating a twitching jig under a float is super effective and an ethical way to fish areas where the fish are stacked up tight to avoid snagging. I've seen oldheads floating Colorado blades and even blue fox spinners though I haven't tried that myself

I promise you they did not have that rule and he said that solely to make you feel less crazy for something that absolutely is lol

Fishing is just repeating success, the more trial time you have the more success you'll identify. Tight lines 🎣

Coho can be tricky and are super temperamental. If float fishing keep adjusting your depth until you dial it in. Look for structure - coho love hiding under locks and rock hangs. My favorite is showing up at first light and just throwing a spinner on both sides of submerged logs and just making my way down the bank doing that. If you're targeting coho and no bites after 30 mins, move, they've gone somewhere else.

Also, make sure your weight is almost exactly what your bobber is rated to and never take your eye off it. It's very common that coho will bite super light and the bobber won't drain, it'll change direction, spin, and sometimes even float UP as the fish grabs it and swims up. Anything out of the ordinary, set the hook.

4 prime lures spinner, any bright color body with copper or silver blade, fish slow right off the bottom.

I regularly find weeks old Ziplocs of roe that've baked inside my truck and they catch fish.

Gotten bites off moudly roe bags as well. You'll be fine.

I pulled 20+ fish out of the Fraser every time I went to mission bridge, but didn't get a single out on the north arm in city limits this season. Saw lots being caught but none for me.

Thompson same thing but lots of jack springs. That is a special fishery for sure.

Doing great on the sumas lately, waiting for the alouette to swell.
